Hawaii Kickball Classic Registration Open
Aloha HIGKL team captains!
The time has come to register for the 2nd Annual HIGKL Classic Tournament! We are so excited to host on the island of Oʻahu and welcome teams from our neighboring islands and mainland cities and states. Welcome to the Oʻahu Classic Registration for Captains!
The tournament will take place over Labor Day weekend (Sept 1-4) here on Oʻahu at Kapiʻolani Park and we have so many fun things planned for this event!
REGISTRATION DETAILS:
There will be 2 divisions: Competitive and Recreational
Games will be played over Sat. Sept 2nd and Sunday Sept 3rd of Labor Day Weekend
Each Division will have 10 teams
Each Team will have up to 20 players

REGISTRATION FOR TEAMS/CAPTAINS CLOSES 7/24/23
NOTE: The HIGKL Board is reserving 5 spots in the recreational and 5 spots in the competitive divisions for teams from Neighbor Islands and the Mainland. If those spots are not taken, then we will open them to Oʻahu Teams. First Come-First Serve, and teams may be placed on a waitlist. If your team is placed on a waitlist, we will notify you. Keep an eye on our Website to see who has registered a team!
We also ask that you leave a couple of spots open on your team for Free Agent placements.
HOW TO REGISTER:
We will be using Team Sideline (www.teamsideline.com/sites/aikaneohana) as our registration system.
Watch our video tutorial here which guides you through the entire process, step-by-step! All questions are answered in this tutorial, so we please ask each captain to watch.
Go to the Team Sideline site and register your team! NOTE: We only need ONE (1) capitan to register the team. Co-captains can register to the team as a player later.
In order to register players to your team, you will need to collect their email addresses and send them a registration link from your roster (detailed in the above video tutorial). This is how your team members will register to play on your team in the tournament.
AFTER REGISTRATION:
The HIGKL board will then contact you regarding your team and place your team on the website. Go ahead and create your team LOGO now and determine what color team shirt you would like. This is due to us by July 31st but you are welcome to email that information to us now at: bod.higkl@aikaneohana.com
You will receive updated information emails from us that you can then disseminate out to your teams!
